Patrice Daws Hollingsworth

Patrice Daws Hollingsworth began her journey into Iyengar Yoga in K-Lea Gifford's prenatal class in 2003. She is currently pursuing teacher training with Jan Campbell and Sharon Conroy.

Patrice credits her practice of yoga with helping her balance a challenging career, while being a wife and mother. It has also been instrumental in helping manage her Crohn’s Disease.

Patrice has attended workshops with a number of senior teachers in the Iyengar tradition including: Manouso Manos, Mary Obendorfer, and Lois Steinberg.

She credits her inspiration to go deeper into her practice to Rachel Moss Mitchell and Aretha McKinney Blevins. Patrice studies regularly with the teachers at 12South and is currently pursuing her teacher in training level certification. She is also the founding full-time partner of TruColor Litho. Inc. since 1987.
