Opening Soon in East Nashville!

We are very excited to announce that we are opening a sister studio in East Nashville, South11 Iyengar Center! South11 will share with 12South a committment to the teachings of BKS Iyengar, dedicated teachers certified in the Iyengar tradition, and a peaceful practice space. Dean Lerner is a devoted teacher and student of Iyengar Yoga. Dean is a senior teacher in the Iyengar tradition and brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding to his teaching. Dean is co-director of the Center for Well-Being in Lemont Pennsylvania and conducts workshops and teacher-trainings world-wide. We hope you will join us for this weekend of study and learning. *Please have a minimum of 6-8mos. study in the Iyengar tradition before signing up for this workshop.
